Coquito coconut eggnog holiday drink

Equipment/tools:

Blender
Can opener
Large mixing bowl or two large pitchers
Growler or several empty liquor bottles

Recipe:

2 cans evaporated milk
2 cans condensed milk
2 cans coconut milk
2 cans coconut creme
1 bottle of rum
1/2 tsp cinnamon, nutmeg or pumpkin pie spice

Notes:

If you can't find coconut milk in the Goya section of the supermarket aisle, try the Thai food section. It'll also be cheaper than Goya. Coconut creme is also sometimes found in the drink mix section of the supermarket.

I'm not a coconut guy but this drink has me sold. It also keeps longer than traditional eggnog. It's pretty straightforward although the volume of liquid may have you pouring between pitchers to get everything evenly mixed.
